OK. I just took the training on all that you can google with sms and get texts back. Now, if only the training showed how to use them. It showed how to get word definitions, movie showtimes, and business listings. But what about personal names? And math calculations? and weather reports? I am trying all this out to better show customers. Help please. Thank you.

Is there a way to view all replies to threads without having to damn click go back to message list and view each reply indivdually? It's annoying me like VZWs default UI pisses you guys off 🙂

I had a a lady come in yesterday with questions about her phone, I sat for probably 20 minutes trying to help her out, she didnt even buy the phone from me. After helping her for 20 minutes she said she needed a car charger, I told her the price was going to be $21.19 with tax. She said "thats redicilous, I can go to the flea market and get one for $5, I dont want it ,I cant beleive how big of a rip off you people are!".

I looked at her and said, "mam' I just answered all your questions about your phone and completely showed you how to use it."

Her reply "well thats your job", and walked out.

Some people just cant see how things work.

Which phone is capable of syncing with outlook besides the PDA phones?

I mean good syncing. Not like some crappy software package that only works sometimes.

Verizon rep kept telling me the VX9800 will sync with a USB cable but I doubt this very much from my research.

I would need wireless sync at 20$ per month and I don't see how that would send NEW data from my phone to outlook.

How are you corp. vzw peeps getting logged in. When I click log in I get an error page. Or are you just using a laptop or pda.

Does anyone no when verizons quarter stats will be out for this quarter...if so let me know..i know that cingulars just came out and wanted to compare the 2...

I have a co-worker that likes to push the sale of the V325 and i personally think it sucks..well he sold two of them and one came back today and mysteriously deleted all the home numbers but none of the mobile numbers..it also would take a day or two to get missed calls or voicemails...has ne one else experienced this problem?????

Back when i had first purchased the phone i loved it soooo much but then one day like 2 days after i saw somebody else walking around with one so i said to myself no worries this phone is still all right then no less than an hour later i went to answer my phone at dunkin donuts and all the sudden some rude obnoxious person was like HEY i have that phone too!!!! and i hung up my phone and hes like my wife has it too. she pulls hers out. urgh i was sooo mad they embarrassed me...so almost a week later i went camping,it was horrible everyone i talk to there all got verizon 2 years before like thirteen ppl there so they all went for the upgrade...

Just did few speedtest from bandwidth.com, is this site legit? Ran 4.0, 4.2 and 4.3 on three tests tonight in the chicago suburbs. EVDO isn't supposed to be this fast according to reports and network claims. I have never hit over 3.2 meg until today, anyone else see speeds like this over the VZW EVDO network?

Can someone please explain to me what OBEX is and what benefits it provides the user? I see Verizon is offering it on their phones, but I have no clue.

Have a quick question I had lost my LGVX7000 last night while partying and was wondering since I had to fill out a police report would I receive the same model? I found out I have to pay a $50 fee for a phone that is now discontinued and one I might add I received for free. Now I have been with verizon wireless for 8yrs now and have never lost a phone.

Do I receive a new model because the phone is discontinued?

I was just curious. Me, mstngdtb, nobodycares, and rcm-wayne all work at the same kiosk in the Lima Mall, in Lima Ohio. I think gunny caught on to this when mstngdtb was logged in and I accidentally answered a thread with my pure love for the v325, and left my signature but under his name LOL. What I was wondering is, are there other stores out there, direct or indirect that have multiple ppl at there location(s) that have accounts on phone scoop and frequent this forum?
