2 part question:

1. My GF and I have separate plans and are thinking of combining the 2 plans, could I bring her account w/ her current phone number to a family share plan? Makes sense to save money instead of 2 separate plans..


2. Second question takes off from the first one.

I'm part of the V710 settlement group. So I'm debating on the new RAZR. However, I know that would cause my contract to go out another 24 months. I'm wondering can if I were to take part and upgrade my phone, can I still do the above question.

Has there ever been a phone made by Verizon Wireless that could not do text messaging? Me and some co-workers had a disagreement on this, and I was informed that there has never been a cell phone offered by Verizon Wireless that could not text message. I want to prove him wrong cuz I am sure there is.

Oh, and I was kidding about the new phones, just figured it would catch your attention 😁

ok, so Consumer reports AND JD Powers both state that Verizon is far more superiour that Cingular.... yet Cingular and the "independent researchers" say that Cingular is best!!!! what is the real and true answer?! i also was told that by Q3 Verizon will have more costumers than Cingular. 🙂

Alright, so this is a strange problem.

So I got my V3c two months ago, and it has been an awesome phone until this weekend. All of a sudden I have this problem where 30 seconds to three minutes into a phone call, the person on the other end can't hear me talking. Then every call I make after that one, nobody can hear me talk. About an hour later, I can finally make another call where someone can hear me talk, but again, for some reason, they can't hear me, I can only hear them. In three days, I have probably only been able to speak for 10 minutes on my phone which is absurd. So I take it to my Verizon Service Provider, and they take it in, look at it, tell me to come back in an hour and they will tell me what the matter is. I ret...

Just to let you guys know: in the northeast area (and I've heard this also applies to those in the South area), payments are no longer being processed by CS Reps.

Now, it is necessary to make payments via the automated system. If you call a CS Rep and ask to make a payment, he/she will transfer you to the automated system to process the payment unless you meet the following exceptions:

You are disabled and unable to press all of the keys involved.

You are driving.

You have a corporate account.

You have a disconnected account.

You don't have or remember the password to your account.

There's no charge yet to talk to CS for a payment but with $20 ESN changes, I'll imagine one would be coming soon.

so I upgraded to the razr... couldn't wait until June-ish, i am incredibly impatient when it comes to new electronic toys. anyway, I am anticipating buying the nokia 6265i when it is released, probably online... so I have 2 question for those that have answers:

1. I assume that after I order the new phone I will be able to use my current one until the new one arrives, does the new one come pre-activated or do I have to take it into the store or something to switch my service to the new phone and cancel the old one?

2. I plan on putting my old phone on ebay after switching my service to the new phone, so what do I have to do to phone so that (1) whoever I sell it to CAN'T see/use anything of mine but (2) CAN fully activate and use the p...

I just purchased the Samsung I730, I cant believe that it doesn't have windows mobile5.0.
Does anybody have a clue why Verizon or Samsung would still supply phones without 5.0?
How about upgrading the OS?

both show the v3m, but no verizon ui..? it wouldnt make sense to give sprint a razr since they have the blade would it?

PLUS there was never anything official saying the v3m would go to verizon. only that it was CDMA

Lady comes into my store a couple weeks ago. She needs to file an insurance claim. She purchased her phone at Radio Shack about a year ago. (odd that she has the 4.99 lockline insurance since RS tries not to sell it) Radio Shack sends her away as "They don't deal with Verizon" anymore. (The nice, you aren't radio shack's customer you are Verizon's customer mentality that they possess) They wouldn't help her at all. She comes over here. I help her by showing her everythng she needs to do to file the claim. The customer "can't be without her phone for one day" and doesn't have a credit card to pay the deductible.
