If someone does an equipment change, this doesn't include manufacturer defects or insurance replacement, does Verizon charge a fee to change out the equipment?

Well I guess Verizon has found yet another way to nickel and dime you....their activation fee for both plan contracts is now $35...come on Veri$on....thats almost one full month of basic service...sometimes too much is just too much....come on Verizon workers, tell me I am wrong!

i tried to cancel over the .40 but they basicaly told me to pack it,the supervisor told me as long as they credit your account you cannot canel,i tried 10-01-05 and my 60 days is up on 10-10-05,though not a big deal to me,but they must of done there homework....

Hello, I live in Palos verdes, California and our area has really bad service with all the carriers except sprint. Sprint isn't reliable all the time but sprint at least guarantees that i will have serive in major roads. Verizon has sooo many dead spots in this area i get partial service in my house. I have called the cs about any new towers or plans in this area and they said they are aware of the problem and will take 2 years to actually build one tower. isnt that just ridiculous? if i go on to our cities website i see sprint's proposal for a new tower trying to be approved but i dont see verizon for months.What can i do in this situation? anyone? I remeber Tmobile offers extra minutes or discount on the bill and cingular

Its been four days already, who is at fault here? The phone company who had the phone number or Verizon's laziness to complete the port? Any thoughts on how "I" can speed this process up?

So I got a Moto e815 back in July, right. I knew that v-cast was just around the corner for Colorado. I got the phone, got the trans-flash card (256mb) and decided to have some fun with it. The phone has a v-cast demo file on it already, plus I took a few junk vids for the sake of having some good samples.

So what the 'ell am I getting at?

MeCast!

I was able to find out the codec-type(s), file format, screen size and GOP size (no clue what that means though) to encode just about anything (AMV's, music videos, TV shows, even MeCast movies to a degree) into an MP4 that'll play back on my phone. Damn I love this thing now.
For anyone who has a v-cast phone, the following bit of info may be useful to get the most out of your phone.

Ok I understand that the ongoing debate between these two phones has become more than nauseating for some, but in the past week, I have trialed the LG, then the Moto, which I have at the moment. Here are my thoughts on both:

LG8100: I love the look of this phone if you want something fun. I personally think the colored lights on the outside are really neat, the screen on the front is unique, and the images inside are crisp and clear. I like the easy to use menus and the way they look as well as the way they are set up. At first glance, this phone is top notch. This is why I chose it to begin with.

👿 I called to to order the Broadband Access and they informed me that I must pay up front for the equipment and that I couldn't bill it to my account. I asked the telesales guy and he said it was alm ost a year ago that they stopped customers from billing equipment to their accounts. Is this true? Why would they do this? Thanks for the help. John.
