What is the time line for all digital verizon service. When I got my phone 2 years ago the rep told me in a year, well you can see that didn't happen. When will there be no more analog towers and digital in their place?

Every major carrier has an option to move your nights and weekends up to 7pm instead of 9pm. However, Verizon does not. I would love to have this option and it is frustrating that it is not offered by verizon. CMON VZN!

First of all, I've never joined Verizon for one main reason: If you want to browse the web on your phone, you will use your monthly minutes while your doing it. This is completely unacceptable! That is why I went with T-mobile for a year and now I recently switched to Sprint with the new Treo 650. Both of these carriers offer unlimited use of data services, without having to worry about using your minutes. So today I hear about this new service that Verizon is going to offer beginning Feb. 1st called VCAST. From what I've gathered so far, it will cost $15.00 a month for unlimited use, which is the same price that Sprint charges for unlimited Vision service. when will verizon be releasing the e815...what month?

i was wondering what everyone thought in the way of which phone is the best. not best in features really, i'm looking more along the lines of signal strenght and call quality. yes features are important to me, but not all that. like i said more important to me is making calls.

Do i have to use the HS820 Headset By Motorola that is sold in the verizon store or can i go out and buy the HS810 or HS850 and still have it work with my V710? The reason i also ask is that the headset through verizon is very expensive and i could get it through a store around my way at the mall or something for cheaper if i know it works...Also is there any software updates that enables full capability to your phone?

Supposedly the LG8000 is coming out in the middle of January. When I signed my last contract I did a 2 year plan instead of my normal 1 year. I know with the 1 year plan I was able to upgrade my equipment after 10 months.

Question is do I actually have to wait 1 year on the two year plan which comes up in March or can I upgrade the phone after 10 months. I'm not changing the length of contract, just the equipment.

Is anyone else having major problems with Verizon? I have a new VX7000 and learned after calling 6 times to complain about suddenly having poor signal quality in my area that the cell site in my area needs to be replaced. Before, I had full signal strength even inside of large buildings. They told me that there is no estimate they can give for the cell site to be replaced and that they "do not guarantee" that their service will work. So, I get no credit for non-functional service, but they told me that I can leave if I want without having to pay a termination fee. I would hate to leave and then find out that another carrier is worse.

I would like to find a carrier that cares more about their customers (not that there are any in my op...

How does Verizon handle missing phones? My fiance just called me and told me that she was using it this morning at work and when she left the phone was not in her purse where she put it.

I need to report this to VZW, but I don't know what the best way to do it is. We don't have money right now to buy her a new phone and we don't have the money to cancel her service early and break the contract. Its an older phone, one of the original v60c models. Any ideas what the best way to handle this is? Thanks for any help.

With such a large survey sampling, the results are highly valid, statistically. It is very interesting reading for anyone who is considering their first phone, or who may be considering changing carriers.

We have come to a point where people place CONSIDERABLE (especially on this website) effort in complaining about the Bluetooth on the v710. People place all this effort yet they can't stand the inconvenience of transfering a pic in a way other the Bluetooth, what a rough life!!!

What I don't understand is why is it so difficult to take the memory card out and stick it in a memory card reader if one wants to transfer pics? How much time are you really saving when someone is transfering data wirelessly via Bluetooth?

To the people who complain about the Bluetooth, GET OVER IT, that is the way it is. Your complaining and whining is not going to get you absolutely anywhere.

😕 😕 I have an LG 6100 today i saw a little icon. It was a little "A". I checked my owners manuel and it said that it meant analog. What is analog? 😕 😕

Is it 3gupload.com? A rep at the Verizon store recommended it to me (under his breath, he said don't use the VZW) and all I remember is that it had a "3" in it. The rep said that everyone uses this website. Any help is appreciated.
