I believe Verizon is stringing this guy along. The Vphone can act as a Wi-Fi hot-spot connecting to up to eight devices. Anyone believe Verizon will approve it without restrictions?

After sitting on the sidelines while the iPhone drove up subscriber count and average revenue per user for AT&T over the past three years, Verizon may be getting a CDMA version of Apple's successful smartphone this summer. That is, as long as Apple and Verizon can agree on pricing.

couple questions about current verizon phones
i dont like having buttons on the outside of the phone because i had the original enV, and it always hit buttons unless i waited 7 seconds to put it back in my pocket. all i use my phone for is texting and calling, thats basically it, so a data plan is of no use to me...
so does anyone know if they plan on releasing any new phones anytime soon, or if i need to find an old lg dare or something...
