Why do all you guys and gals have to enter into a pissing contest to prove who is right or wrong?(it should be obvious who you r).It really seems like This you could be writing more useful things like how service can be improved,how rep's and customers could get along and how we can make each others day go alot smoother. That seems like a more valid reason to use this forum . I do agree rep's do not have an easy job at times and need a place to vent.Customer sure get the run around as well at time it's not all black and white like some people would like you to think.This is just a thought. Was going through ordering a new phone for her as her old one was lost. The first 10 mins. of the call was her complaining about how our company is not giving her the best deal and that she would rather pay the ETF and go with someone else.
