Hey All,

I just ported over to ATT Wireless from VZW and picked up the Blackjack. I love the phone but have been stumped on how to change the theme to one I downloaded.

For example, I downloaded a few themes from the internet. The directions say to use Activesync browse feature and copy the file to the Apps/Home folder. I attempt to do that and the paste option is not available. It almost appears that the device is locked. I use Vista.

Any thoughts? I know that other users have been able to do this.

Hey everyone !! Got a question and I'm just looking for opinions ...

Since Apple decided to lower the price of the iphone to $399, I am seriously considering getting one. I am concerned however that Apple lowered the price because:
A) The iphones aren't selling at $599 OR
B) Apple has another iphone coming soon at a higher price.

I'd rather wait for the new and improved if it's coming soon. What does everyone think ??

1. Since when can you not put my dealer code on a feature when I call you to add it? If I could add it, I wouldn't be calling you to begin with. Did you sell it, or even talk to the customer? No. I did. And since (as expressed in another thread) POSII is totally worthless, there are a LOT of times where I simply CAN NOT add it. I'm not an idiot, I know how to use my billing system, and I KNOW that you can put my dealer code on a feature. Now I have to waste my time, and call back to get someone who isn't a freakin thief.

2. Why don't you call before you just send someone to my store, or any store for that matter? This is not a COR store. This has never been a COR store, nor is it ever likely to be. But somehow, you manage to send at least...

I am looking at getting the SE z710i unlocked, would it be a good buy?

I just logged checked my account online and everything looks the same. I thought the logo was changing to orange? or is it just the letters that are changing to orange? 😳 BOTH? 😲

Which one should I get? The camera/GPS has no factor. Which one is a better device? I like the size and keyboard style of the Curve, but I like the body of the 8800 better (the flat, angular box is good for me).

I don't know what to do. ☹️

I've heard people complain about ATT plans being really expensive? Their calling plans seem pretty reasonable. I guess they may be talking about data plans? 😕

I'm calling you out on your lame posts. Is anyone else over this guy? Every post is the same, discussing kool-aid and the all caps "LOL." This guy claims to be a wireless phone user for 10+ years but if you are 13 years old, isn't that impossible?

My theory is this; average joe is just your average joe and he cannot afford the iphone even at the new $300 & $400 price point, which is understandable and not worth being negative about. However, he is so angry about it that he quit his job at Pizza Hut, moved in with his parents, and has dedicated his life to bashing the iphone, maybe the most revolutionary wireless handset ever. Poor little fella, I almost feel sorry for him. Not really though.

I was looking through the calling plan brochure and noticed in the fine print that with messaging packs messages that are over 300 kb are charged an additional 50 cents per message (footnote 1)... Is the actually something that is in effect, or just something stuck in the brochure that isn't actually charged? If it's actually in effect, how does that work since most video and picture messages would be over 300kb... Thanks.

I have a couple device related issues, but I’m asking them in this forum because it gets more traffic than the mobile device forums:

1.) Is there a way to either extend or get rid of the 14 day limit on saved voicemails?

2.) Probably asked a million times: If you have say a four minute song, but want to use a section, say from 2:30 to 2:40 as your ringer, how is this accomplished? I heard of being able to use any part of a song as a ring tone, but don’t see how if the device rings between 10 and 15 seconds. My device = Nokia 6126

Also, I finally have all of my lines, personal and business, switched over to at&t. Sorry T-mobile, but cheaper service with less coverage isn’t a good deal. The two cancel each other out...

I'm begging someone that works for AT&T to comment. Please. This is scandalous. RIM should sue AT&T.

Steve Jobs & Apple have the proverbial gun to their head, with their finger on the trigger, should AT&T do something as stupid as release a phone that will totally undermine the sales of the precious iPhone. The idiots that run AT&T should be embarassed.

It's the APPLE iPod Touch. AT&T just lost a huge revenue stream. No one needs them now. They can buy the thing from Apple direct.
