My wife misplaced or lost her RAZR.....there is NO current usage listed on Online Account--

What do I do....I'm not due for an upgrade until 12/2007.....I don't have insurance....what are the costs involved with replacing phone and new SIM card ???

If I buy a phone from EBAY, can I just go to the ATT phone and just buy a SIM card ???

Ok so im new to buying an unlocked phone and keeping a rate plan with it, and i was looking at an iphone-type phone (lots of features, nice camera, etc) but the prices seem a little rediculous ($599) when there are a lot of unlocked phones for a lot cheaper, so i wondering if someone new any GREAT unlocked phones that are reasonably priced. thanks

Okay, rant time...

So a custy walks in and begs me to charge her phone because it is dead. So I plug it in and as I do she gets a phone call on it. I hand her the phone and she presses the "end" button. Then she starts yelling at me that our service sucks because every time she answers the phone the call drops... I politely tell her she's using the wrong button, then she tells me I don't know how to the phone and that I should know my job better...

you've got to be kidding me.

Can anyone top that today??

It hasn’t been set in stone, but we’re hearing it should be $249.99 or less with a 2 year agreement. Release date is looking like Q4, but might come as early as late September.

I myself am an AT&T agent and things are well in my area, I was however wondering if anyone had any inside information on the release of the Sony Cyber Shot Phones on the Network

Specifically the K790, I heard it had problems with testing.

But I would be alot better off if I had some Sony Phones to Push. It's kind of frustrating dealing with the same type of phones week after week.

Hello.

About 2 weeks ago, I switched to AT&T from VZW. However, due to several issues w/the call center (not a store), the call center - I'm going to switch back.

Questions:

#1. I've had the same # for years and I want to keep it. I need to have VZW port the # before returning the phone to the AT&T Corporate Store, correct?

#2. Why am I still financially responsible for the $53 of phone charges? Not a very friendly 30 day test drive.

#3. What can I expect from the store staff when returning the phone? I'll be nice. 🙂

#4. Any other advice?

I really hope this product takes off. If it's really successful we are going to see allot more HIGH END Nokia coming stateside, in a timely manner(Instead of a year after its release,ie N95) Just think if ATT starts carrying more High end Nokia's and More Apple phones they might be come unstoppable.

I set up on my Motorola V3xx an aol account on mobile email and it worked fine for a month. Howver, now the account is deleted after I use it every time. Customer care hadn't a clue.

Hey all. I previously worked for an indirect dealer, and they are shady as hell. The dealer numbers are 23X9, and 24RM. Is there any way that I could get in contact with some form of Corporate security to get the shut down?
