I have been over the drop down menus many time and do no find a hold option or the conference option.
These are both mentioned in the help menu. Am I missing something?

I am an old Legacy Blue customer. I have a Quad-Band World Phone, but have had trouble roaming in Europe.

Is there a way to update my Legacy Blue SIM/phone with up to date roaming partner information?

I am not sure that is possible. Is there something, somewhere I can download or update the SIM/phone over the air?

Hey all, I'm getting back into cingy/att sales after taking a two year hiatus to finish my degree... what all have I missed? What are the big sellers now? Any "hidden" features on phones that will make customers need a certain phone? (ie: the flashing sides of the nokia 3220 were a big seller for construction workers...don't ask me why.... it just worked...) Is ATT still stuck in the razr rut?

Since my last thread got over taken by people that didn't know that we do have some rough days in our profession, I have come to the conclusion that we need a thread that lets the customers who frequent our forums that we also appreciate those who treat us great. Today for instance I had a lady who came in two days ago for an air card. She needed a express card or USB card and we were out of both. She went to the mall store down the street and we thought all was lost. She returned but had got the express card at the mall. She couldn't get the card to work and when she went into the mall store the rep told her to call tech support. He then blew her off and went to another customer. She left and came to me. Sorry to complain but I have had too much crap thrown at me today. Here's my list:

1. I don't care how long you have been a customer. You have to pay for a phone. If you don't pay then you get whatever phone is free. We do not owe you anything. I have had a Honda Accord for 3 years and I cannot get a free one because I've been their customer.

2. Don't buy an accessory at WalMart and complain that it doesn't work. Take it back to Wally World. Lady wanted me to give her a free car charger because she has an AT&T phone but buys all her accessories at Wally World because "they are cheaper there". No kidding. How's that charger doing?

3.Don't threaten me with leaving to Verizon, TMobile, Sprint, Nextel. The grass is never gree...

I'm going to get the SE K850 whenever it becomes available. However, since I'm going to get it unlocked.... My question is... Will there be a way for me to load the Cingular Video (or whatever name the feature is called nowadays) on it. I'm somewhat torn because this would be my first 3G phone, and I don't want to miss out on 3G content. What do you guys think? Will I be able to still watch videos from another source? I'm getting the phone unlocked regardless, but since I'm a heave data user I wanted to know...
