Attention Everyone!

Hello Team!!

Luke: You knew AT&T legacy?
Obi-Wan: Yes, I was once an AT&T legacy subscriber just like your father.
Luke: I wish I knew them.
Obi-Wan: They were the most dominant cell phone company in the galaxy, and they were cunning warriors. And they were good friends. Which reminds me, I have something here for you. Your father wanted you to have this when you were old enough, but your uncle wouldn't allow it. He feared you might follow old AT&T on some damned fool idealistic crusade like your father did.
Luke: What is it?
Obi-Wan: It's your father's Motorola . This was the phone of AT&T. It's not as clumsy or random as a RAZR. An elegant phone for a more civilized age. For years AT&T Wireless were the guardians of GSM. Before th...

Let me try this again...

(I posted this in the RIM forum, but the last active post was like 2 weeks ago...)

Hey guys

I am interested in getting my first blackberry, but I want to get one that is unlocked/unbranded because the carriers wipe all the good stuff off...

Any ideas on where to buy online for the best value (least expensive / most reliable) ? I'm not an idiot, I know it's gonna cost a lot (lol) I just don't want to go the ebay route and get screwed!

Thanks!!

Buying unlocked phone (Pure Mobile?)

I just saw an add on here for this website. They sell unlocked GSM phones. They seem to have the best prices. Has anyone dealt with them? Or does anyone know of maybe any other (reliable) one? Im new to this whole buying unlocked thing. Im excited and scared at the same time. What if I get a refurb? Could that happen? 😕

voice dialing

Does anyone know of an AT&T phone that has good voice dialing, speaker independent. I had this feature on my Verizon Samsung phone and it was great. When I switched carriers I thought that all voice dial was the same, just say the name and the phone automatically dials the number. Well, I've already tried two AT&T (cingular phones) and the voice dial stinks. Couldn't get either phone to work with voice dial although they were features on the phone. Before I cancel my service, I am hoping someone knows of a phone with decent voice dial. Thanks

your thoughts on CV

For the people who have experienced or own it, how well does the TV program work for cingular with your 3g handset? i assume it's not actually live television, for example, i turn on my home TV to watch the yankees kind of thing, but how up to date is it?

like the microsoft internet explorer but what about the BB?

hey guys, check this out... i already have a line with voice only... i am looking to add a secondary line but without voice and just data... with my job discount i could get one of the unlimited data plans for $33/MO... looking at the Blackberry, the discount would be $26/MO... i know i could get one phone that does it all, but i'd rather have seperate phones because of battery dranage on the phone i need for phone calls... i guess the question is, how and which is the best Blackberry for full HTML browsing?

NOKIA N75 - Where is the recently used?

I have searched the knowledge base and support sections on at&t's and Nokia's sites for the N75. I can't find anything about this maybe you can help. In previous Nokia models I've used there was a "Recently Used" option to enter numbers or email addresses in the TO: block on a text message. I don't see this on the N75. The only way to select a send to destination is to go through the address book or to type in the number manually. Am I missing something? Any NOKIA fans out there notice this and have a solution?

SORRY TO ASK BUT IS THE NOKIA E90 COMING TO THE NEW ATT?

Hi to all the forum's people. BTW, i want you to know that if this question has been already answer, then my fault but i have not been able to find the answer to this stupid question. My daughter who is turning 20 in September of this year is really crazy for the nokia phones and she told me that the only thing that she wants for her b-day is this cell-phone. She is the kind of person who loves all gadgets and she really knows her stuff. Right now she has a HTC S710 and loves it like you have no idea but since she heard about the E90 she dreams about this thing and before i decide to buy it i would really like to know if it is true or not and if any of you have had any good experience with it. THANKS in advance to all the people who can hel...

Attention Everyone!

Team I do apologize for my lateness. Because I was late today with my post, I have given away two 100 dollar accessory sales to a coworker.

We are in the most exciting time in our company, it's the age of the iPhone! And for those of you who are agents, remember you're still selling the AT&T advantage! We offer rollover, which no other carrier in the world offers! We are an industry leading company, we are the best.

When you're in the store, you should be maximizing on every second you're behind that counter or in that kiosk. Every person who comes in is a chance to throw on features and accessories. In fact, look at them as dollar signs!!!

Push our Pick Your Plan and .10 cent a minute Go Phone features! The .10 cent a minute plan i...

Attention Everyone!

Hello Team!!

It's AT&T Friday! It's time to make our paychecks! We need to be loading tons of features and accessories onto our customers!

When a customer comes in to pay their bill, take a look at their bill to see if we can attach anything else to their account! We're all here for the same reason: to make money!!!

Make sure you're bundling the price of the phone and the accessories together to boost your accessory attach rate.

Always remember to explain to your customers the AT&T Advantage, and to always remember the Four R's! The Customer RUles!

Remember those three steps and you'll be sure to have a successful day!!

Go Team AT&T!
