I am a new ATT customer, just left verizon for ATT. I just got the Curve, but since I will still be in my 30 days when the iPhone comes out was wondering which one is better, the iPhone or the Curve?

I'm currently a us cellular customer in the chicago land area and I'm considering switching phone companies. I think I'm looking more for the GSM Satelite service. But some people say T-Mobile and others say Cingular(now at&t). What are your suggestions? Does Cingular - At&t drop a lot of calls.

Is there any way to turn off the function on Opera Mini that constantly pops up asking you if you want to "allow the phone to use http as the connection?" It comes up every time I navigate to new pages and is the only real drawback I can find to using Opera.

Ok i called att and ased about the razr v3xx on gophone i was shocked when they said it wouldnt work and its not compatible and i was wondering if that was true because what difference would it make and why would they not make it compatible

I just logged on today and noticed the "Cingular/new AT&T" logo is gone. When did that happen? How many people are still confused in your stores? Just curious.

A memo was just passed around in my sales center. The IPhone will only be available threw apple locations, either www.apple.com or an apple store. It will not be available threw Cingular telesales or cingular.com. it may be available in some corporate retail stores. It’s also only available to individual customers not business accounts. No discounts will be offered on the phone, everyone and everywhere will have the same price.

I tried to search but I did not see anyone ask this, do you 100 percent without a doubt need to sign up for a data package when purchasing the iphone???? Thanks I hoping to skip that expense and just use the wifi when needed.

I am looking to pick up service with ATT and I am gathering some opinions from current subscribers.

Are upgrades 22 months on a 2 year agreement? Do you receive credit towards equipment or just two year pricing?

Hows reception around central MD? Especially with Data transmition?

Why is it when it comes to this phone, everybody throws out common sense & logic?

In terms of upgrades, why would the iPhone be different than any other phone? I read in a post earlier that a sales rep was telling customers "that they can buy the iPhone in February, then come back in June & get one & not renew your contract". Think about that for a minute.

Then, people are -shocked- that they can't get the Jesus phone w/o a contract. Wait a minute.

OPUS was changed recently. Merger was sped up and store management changes are happening now. It is because of moronic 18-24 year old "sales people" why this launch is going to be oh so bad.

I am confused about which phone I should get. My main concern is that my phone has an EXCELLENT BATTERY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!! I have heard good things about both and I have also heard bad things about both..... I currently have a Razr v3 and it sucks horrible!!!!! So the type of keypad isn't really a big concern to me. But the battery life is. I need to be able to view attachments in email and multi-task. Any help would be appreciative!!!

Hey, yesterday night, I used my school email to sign up for premier, and cingular is giving me a 15% discount on my service. Currently, I have 2 lines that are elligible for an upgrade, but when I click the upgrade now button, it takes me to this premier screen with different phones to choose. A lot of the premier discounts are worse than the standard deals you would find on the website or in a store.

My question is this: now that I have Premier access, can I still go into a corporate store to upgrade my phones and still get the standard deals like everybody else if i wanted to?

I have been just informed by one of my indirect reps at at&t that the iphone will NOT be for sale at agent locations. I was told it would be sold at company stores only. My question is. Is there a shortgae on this phone? When will the dealers be able to sell the iphone? Since at&t knew this was instant hit when they had 1 million customers on waiting lists-why din't they order more from apple? So what do you think! 😡

I used to have cingular about a year and a half ago, and I am in the Atlanta market. When I had it I had a Sony Ericsson z520a and about of other phones throughout cingulars line-up. Anyways, have they changed or modified there network in anyway compared to the cingular network I had last year? I loved AT&T wireless when I had it about 4 years ago. Do you think that they will change there network back to the way it was quality wise?

Why Sony Ericsson insists on ignoring the US market potential by not producing quad phones with 850 GSM band? Interesting that most of their phones have been successful in the US market.

We all know about iphone dropping June17 but do you think since at&t has been advertising no longer as the "NEW" but just as at&t. they will be dropping more phones at&t branded over the summer? they usually drop a couple new phones during the summer so kids can blow their money on new phones.
