telenav ?

Question, I really haven't had many questions asked about the telenav service. Do you need an unlimited data package for the 9.99 unlimited routes? On the BB 8800 do you need a blackberry connect plan to be able to use telenav?

Nokia 6200

I don't know about Motorola's phones w/camera attachments, but my Nokia 6200 gets the job done with its speaker phone, camera attachment, and FM radio.

Blackjack (Data plan?)

Hey guys,
I am ready for an upgrade and was thinking of trying out the blackjack. I've been looking at the prices for data and voice. But, my question is, what is the correct data plan for the blackjack. I was thinking of staying with my current voice plan of 39.99 with insurance. Also, I have never used a data plan before, so I dont think am going to use is that much, but would like to know which one would be the correct one to choose, or is there an option of choosing different ones.

Thanks in advance.

Help transfering pics from phone to PC

My wife has a Samsung D807. She has taken a few pics with her phone that we would like to transfer to our computer. We do not have a bluetooth adapter for the PC or the USB cable for her phone. What options do we have? Is there a way for her to send the pics from her phone to our email?
Here's another possible option: Me and our son both have SE w300i's and we do have the USB cable for those phones. I guess my wife could send the pic to my phone and then I could transfer it to the PC..right? If she does that, will it cost me anything to receive the pic? I do not subscribe to any data plans at all. Thanks for any help.

Blackberry 8800/pearl question

I'm trying to switch from the pearl to the 8800. I wanted to bluetooth all of my pictures over from the pearl. I can not find how to put the 8800 into discoverable mode ANYWHERE. I know there are other ways to transfer my pictures over, but because I can not figure out how to do this I am determined. Any ideas?

I'm torn....Treo 750, 8525, or Blackjack

Ok, so here's the deal.

I travel a lot. I have a Blackjack, but really need something more powerful. I use phone, email, web, bluetooth, tether, camera, notes, etc in roughly that order.

What do I do here? Is it worth it to spend the money to upgrade to a 750 or 8525? I love the HSDPA by the way, so the 750 is kind of turning me off right now.

Somebody help me make up my mind....Thanks!! 🙂

What's the difference between Media net and PDA connect?

Specifically, what can one do on the internet that the other can't? I will be getting a Black jack and I at least want to be able to use google maps and surf to ebay. Thanks

V3xx (confused)

Why is it that Cingular can't make up its mind about the name of this phone? Is it a MOTORAZR V3xx, RAZR V3xx, IZAR V3xx? WTF?

? About Text Messaging Plans

Hello to all! I was wondering if Cingular offered a middle text passage between the 200 and 3000 plans. I cannot find anything on their website. Thanks for the help!

please help!

hi all,

i spoke to a customer service rep. today for about an hour, and she told me that if i purchased the 8525, i would have to pay an additional $40 per month on top of standard service charges. (messaging, talking, etc.) My area is not set up with HSDPA yet, but can i still use the phone on GSM? is what shes saying true?

thank you.

64K smart chip (SIM card)

Woh, I just read that we'll be getting 64K sim cards to replace the current 32K ones starting November 1st. The only benefit they cited was Enhanced Network Selection on phones that are ENS capable that's supposed to help reception and battery life. Perhaps there will be more positive features released about this later, but I have no clue. Anybody else heard anything about it?

Treo 750 - Upgradeable to WM6????

Will probably be switching to Cingular pretty soon here and would like to wait for WM6 devices, but obviously not available yet. Have always been a Treo fan so just making sure that before I get the 750 I know it can be upgraded to WM6. Thanks, everyone!

Is there any way to use my BT GPS RECEIVER From CINGY to work with my 8525 for GOOGLE MAPS or LIVE?

It doesn't seem to be working for me and I was wondering if anyone can give any kind of advice, other than its for Telenav, which I was told wasn't the case.
