Is it just me or has everyone else NOT recieved their dummy for this phone? Best Buy and Wal-Mart have theirs. I wonder what is causing the delay? Moto is normally early.

i have been trying to download myspace mobile to my unlocked nokia n80 but it will not download i called cingular and they said it will not work on my phone i know that it will work on my phone so called again and got some one else and they told my that they can not give me any help because i dont have a cingular phone does anyone know how i can get this on my phone

on phone scoop, the list of cingular phones is never ending.
maybe that's because a majority of them are discontinued.
anyways, on cingular's actual website there are not a lot
of phones. it is like the same one with 10 different colors. lol
any idea when cingular is gonna start having the coolest
phones again? i hope soon. my upgrade is coming up.

Will Cingular network carry A-GPS technology from palm Treo 750 and other cell phones?

so i went to three different cingular stores today and none of them would let me swap to a gsm rate plan and/or swap my nokia 6340i for a sonyericsson t616. they i need to be with cingular for 12 or months be for i can upgrade. i dont wont to go out a spend 300.00 on the t616. i would rather switch to the new rate plan and get the t616 phone at a discount. how can i get around this, without spending 300 buck on a new phone.

All these new sony phones comming out is cingular going to carry any of them? ive been seeing all these pics of the sony line up but are of any them going to be offered by cingular?

Does Cingular offer or plan to offer anything similar to Verizon's chaperone service?

I tell you guys, I am frustrated beyond belief. The Cingular service in the town of DeQuincy, LA (70633) has gone to complete and utter crap. I will have had Cingular service almost 5 years (come March 2007) and this is the worst service I have ever gotten. No one can still figure out what has happened except for the fact that a tower has been turned off or there are other problems.

First, one day I noticed the signal strength had fallen from a reliable 3-4 bars to 1 and sometimes none. There wasn't a part of town you couldn't get service. Now, one side of town, you're lucky if you can get even one bar.

Next thing I'm noticing is, there is a tower somewhere that locks on with 5 bars, but as soon as you make a phone call, it drops ...

When I signed up for cingular 2 years ago, I was able to sign up on a 1 year contract, get the phone for the 2 year price or half off the retail whichever was cheaper, and no activation, and 18% off my bill each month.

I am curious if that is still how it works. I was able to get this because of where i work. I just had to provide a paystub. A friend at work is considering this but i didnt know if cingular still did it.

We are a year into the partnership between Cingular and RadioShack. How is it going for Cingular, especially the call center reps? What could we do to make it better for our customers?

I'm not interested in a bunch of posts from people who have nothing to add but sarcasm. I want to know what would make things better. I can directly affect my store and since I have a little influence in other stores maybe it can help them as well.

Please be specific and remember that we do not have access to many of the resources you have. The best we have is the CSP and it has very little that my Cingular rep does not cover with us.
