1. I was told the LG CU500 phone was a $300 phone. The Cingular store offered it to me at $159. I held off and kept coming back for a month until I got a "deal" of 2 phones for $100 plus tax. Imagine my surprise, when Best Buy offered the same phone for $49.99 and it came with accessories. I didn't get a DEAL from Cingular.

2. I received no accessories from Cingular.

3. I went to 4 Cingular stores. None have the USB cable, and you have to get the data card from a store like Target. This is to be able to interact with the computer to transfer pictures, games, and ring tones. Total price: around $60 plus tax.

4. No games came with the LG CU500 phone. NONE! I could not believe it! A "$300" phone with no games? The card n...

I think this last quarter of 2006 will be the first quarter Cingular will lead the industry in sub and net adds! What do you guys think?
Why do I say this? well, our 3G devices are selling like hot cakes and bringing lots of new customers 🙄

So.... did cingular allow customers to cancel their contracts when they changed the cost of 411 from 1.49 to 1.79?

Sprint did it. We are doing it now. In this industry we all know that whatever one company does; it is soon copied by the other ones... So, if you are a T-Mobile or VZ fanboy; well, STFU cuz your beloved company will raise text mesg prices TOO! It's just a matter of months. Now, stop these threads already! or I am gonna feel the need to ask Rich to create "Text Msg" room... 😡

can we expect to see the n75 on cingular anytime this year? and if so, what would the pricing be like?

(i know nobody would have any insider info, but any estimates based on comparable nokia phones would greatly be appreciated)

I have a pre-Cingular AT&T plan I don't want to get rid of and on the Cingular site it lets me add features like unlimited mMode for data. Would this still work? What if I got a new phone like the Blackjack?

Anyone know where I can get software to remove copy protection from DVDS for free? I would like to store them on my mini sd card and play them on my 2125.

Many dropped calls after 2 or 3 minutes..Making calls at peak times nearly impossible!..Had one attempted call that did'nt even ring and a wrong number answered the call.....my screen was reading "call failed" as I tslked to the person. Also, I have had a lot of wrong number calls to my phone and those people were using their phone book to make them ! Interesting....I hope the Cingular elves will be tweaking the system soon!

Ok so I saw some interest in unlimited text messaging, but I think it got lost in that garbage thread about cingular violating TOS, so I'll start a new one. Yes, unlimited text does exist, and it is called /GLOBAL TEXT MESSAGING, feature code IM0G. I have it on my AN25 demo line, but I'm not sure if it's the same feature they are adding to customers' accounts.

As of 2-1-07 I will be converted to a Premier Agent in the Dallas market. Will all of you check with your Agent Principals to see if you have any old Cingular neon signs? I am will ing to pay cash and pick them up from wherever.

It can say Cingular Wireless or Cingular Wireless Authorized Retailer. I don't want to buy new, as in 6 months or so the rebranding will take effect.

I think the Nokia 6030 and Cingular service make a great pair. The phone is great. It is small, lightwieght, durable, has reliable signal, and has a lot of features for a basic handset. The Cingular service is very good as well. No complaints. :-)

I apologize if this has already been asked but...

Is there a web site out there or anywhere I can find a list of cities that are supposed to get 3G and when. Cingular's web site just has the current cities and doesn't list any coming soon cities. Thanks in advance!
