CINGULAR VIOLATES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Judge Seth Green of US Federal Court has found The New Cingular Wireless, LLC guilty of violating its own Terms and Conditions by creating confusion in the US wireless market. It would seam that unaware consumers are confusing the wireless provider with ‘SINGULAIR’, the once a day allergy medication.
By using a name similar to the popular medication, customers are under the impression that using their wireless devices once a day can aid in the treatment of indoor/outdoor allergies.
