Hi everyone. A week or two ago my w600 was stolen, and when i called cingular they said that i do have insurance, but there would be a 50 dollar replacement fee. my question is if there is anyway of getting around paying the 50 dolalrs, because being i have payed for the insurance everymonth for about 2 years now, and the fact that my phone was stolen and i shouldnt have to pay for someone stealing my phone so once again is there anyway they can send me a phone for humm free?

also they said that because my contract dosnt end until 2007 that the cheapest phone i could get was like 145 dolars for a cheap nokia. why dont they understand that i dont have a phone and really need one,..but i refuse to pay 145 dollars, and dont really like the ...

What will Cingular do for a long term customer who has been out of contract for about two years but has been having consistent service issues due to the switch to Cingular from AT&T? This person is thinking of canceling but wants to give them one more chance.

Does anyone have any idea why Cingular has such ridiculously high deposits? I know it's to filter out the baddies but I think 750 is a little extreme... and what about spending limits? Why don't we do that... at least then we can get the customers that really want to go with us.

We lose quite a few sales to this, and the people just go right to T-mobile and get approved. I see the logic behind it but it still frustrates me. I feel bad whenever I have to tell them "Approved with a 750 deposit." It's like you are insulting them.

The phone shows I have 225 mb of free space but when I load up music it only shows I have 13mb of free space. How can I fix this problem?

I downloaded a ringtone and saved it to the card instead of the phone. Now I can't find it, used it, much less PLAY it 😡 😡 😡

i have a friend who has edge wireless and i guess its a affliate of cingular wireless by using cingulars network because it does not have its own. My question is since edge wireless uses cingular network will i be able to call its customers for free? Second question I cant figure out how to send a mms to my friend using edge wireless what are my options?

Hey I was just wondering if there was anyone else outther who could say that they were a little obsessed with phones ?? Since I was 11 (I'm 15 now) I have had to have the latest phone, my first phone was the moto v60 and back then that phone was like this phone to have, and i have worked up to the w600, between those I have had somewhere around 50 phones no matter what holiday, i end up buying a phone. I know about everything about every phone and a lot of people say I'm obsessed. But really, I don't go out allot I don't spend a ton on of money on clothes so really phones are the only thing i really go out on. From what I've read, the 2125 has WiFi but that feature has been turned off by Cingular. Is that correct? If I purchase an unlocked version of the 2125, will WiFi be available?

I just have to say, and ive said this before, but I am in Georgia (lots of rural areas) and I NEVER have problems with my phone service. Maybe its because I am actually smart and I realize that there are inevitably going to be places that I dont get coverage. The thing is, whenever I need to use my phone, it works. I dont really care what Cingular is listed in customer complaints, because although I am a rep for cingular, I have no complaints and my phone gets a signal wherever and whenever I need it.

I'm planning on porting my borther and my dad over to Cingular at the beginning of June. I want to know what phones do you guys see in the near future... I want them to have something cool and NEW. Price is not an issue, and the RAZR V3i is out of the question. So far they like the SLVR, but I've heard that phone has a low earpiece 🤨 So, they can't get that one. Please help! ☹️
