Different agent stores, help...

What different types of agents are their for agent and corporate stores and what are the differences? Do some only sell Cingular while others sell Cingular, T-Mobile, etc...? How can you tell? I've heard some are exclusive and some are premier. What are those differences?

Fewest Dropped Calls Scam

A new national advertising campaign from Cingular claims the company has the fewest dropped calls of any wireless carrier. The company is offering little backup for its claim, which runs counter to other studies and the advertising of competitors. Sprint says "No one has a more powerful network in Boston," and Verizon calls itself "America's most reliable wireless." Who's telling the truth?
By Bruce Mohl, Globe Staff | April 23, 2006

Cingular Wireless is running ads everywhere saying it has the fewest dropped calls of any cellular phone carrier, but what's missing from the massive campaign is evidence to back up the claim
In its print, TV, radio, and billboard ads, Cingular says ''the leading independent research company " concluded Cin...

AIM on Nokia 6820

Im having a problem with my phone. I bought this Nokia 6820(b) from ebay, it was locked on to At&t so i unlocked it successfully. And now it has a 64K Cingular Sim card it it, and works great. But when i go on AIM i can't add contacts as in screen names. I can access MEdia Net, I can log into AIM. And obviously if I can log into AIM then the settings are correct. It shows an error message says your request is not completed, try again later. And also i have a section on my buddy list that says Mobile Device with 19 screen names. But the phone won't connect with that. I can IM fine with it, just can't "put" screen names on there. When it says User ID i put in the screen name such as:cingulardude147 and then it says nickname and ill put in Joe ...

Blackberry 8700c

OK so I was informed that the Blackberry can read and edit Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. documents.

So when a customer came to me asking which device to get, with that capability, I said the Blackberry.

Well anyways, the software for that capability does not come on the device!

Does anyone know where to get the software, other than going to Blackberry.com and paying $200ish for the capability?

WTF! Dude the comment you made about how Cingular puts more into their network than Verizon not only tells me you don't research what you debate that your also a cingular fan boy and nothing else. You may have some good points on wireless technologies but you need think before you defend "your" Cingular. Now I'm talking about this comment you made "why is it that Verizon can have "the best network" standing still, but its impossible for cingular to match that, with its nonstop-rapid progress in network expansion and integration since november 2004"

Okay wtf! first of all Verizon spent OVER 6 billion in 04, and again over 6 billion in 05 not to mention More that 30 billion total in the last 6 years. So how the hell you can state verizon st...

Lockline and Nokia 6230

Hi People just wanted to tell this story I could not believe lockline did this. My wife washed my Nokia 6230 and I called lockline to report it water damaged, they did not ask me how I it got wet or anything so when the time came to tell me what phone they would send me it was either the Motorola v557 or the Nokia 6682 that was a no brainer I got the nokia.

How lucky were you?

Durable Bar Phone

I have a friend who has Cingular. He asked me last night to recommend a phone. I don't sell Cingular, so I don't keep up on their phones. He is tough on a phone. He also doesn't want all the bells and whistles. He just wants a good, reliable, and durable bar phone. I recommended ebay to look for a phone, but need to know what to look for. Any help?
