Puerto Rico Blue TDMA
Going on a biz trip to San Juan in March. I'm on a grandfathered Cingular Blue National plan. In checking if my trusty 6360 will work in San Juan I came across this on the Cingular PR website.

I have yet to find out or figure out how to get my name or a banner to display on the inside LCD. I also ran into this problem when I had the Samsung e317.
Is this just something that you can't do with Samsung phones?? I know it's a minor thing, but there are two people in my house with the same phone and none of us can figure it out.
Any help would be appreciated.

I then called 611, and made a credit card payment. I received a confirmation number. After I received the confirmation, it said my call was being routed to a rep. I asked the rep if my payment went thru (I referenced the confirmation number,) and she said that my last payment was in January.
She said "I can take your CC payment," and I said I just received a confirmation number. Does anyone know for sure if my payment went thru ??? My cycle ends on the 14th.....will I recei...
