Hey, all....I'm planning on buying a Motorola V635 (for Cingular Wireless) off of ebay...And it doesn't come with the mobile phones tools cd...or the usb cable...anybody know where i can get the LATEST and MOST UP TO DATE c.d.? And also a usb cable...any sites or anything, or any stores? Your help would be greatly appreciated....

i have a simple mathematical exercise that i beleive will definitively prove that Fair&Flex is a better value than rollover:

let's say person A has cingy...450 minutes/mt for $39/mt

person B has sprint...300 minutes/mt for $30/mt

person A and person B both use 400 minutes/mt for the first six months on their plan, then, during the seventh month, *they have a death in the family* or *they go on vacation*, and they each use like 1250 minutes

month 1 - 400 minutes used
person A rolls 50 minutes over, pays $39...

OK so its 11:40am on Monday. I called in my voicemail, I had 3 from yesterday that it never said I had. Why is that and how do i fix it? It has always sent me notificaton.

What is a Premium Message/Text? I was charged $.30 for an incoming Premium Msg. I'm still trying to figure out who sent it to me. I don't remember getting anything out of the ordinary....

As of today we can no longer place orders for the LG 1400.

Originally it was thought the LG C2000 would just be a higher end model and the 1400 would still be available. We will see if that is still the case.

Also, the MOT V220 and V180 can no longer be ordered after the 12th.

What's going on? Cingular hasn't put out a phone in more that a month, maybe two. Don't tell me the black RAZR. That's BS!. They just changed the colour of it; that doesn't count as a "new" phone.

Hello, My name is Mike. I am looking for a phone for Cingular and i am seaking advice. My friend had a t-mobile sidekick that i was toying around with and i liked some of its options[ the AOL Instant Messenger, Internet(so I can easily mapquest directions at all times) and the mini keyboard that it has.] I was wondering if there is any phone with these three options for the cingularservice? Also, i am not looking for that stupid AIM that verison has where you can sign on but only see 15 of your buddies. I am looking for a whole buddy list option. I tried the service out in my area for a considerable distance but the coverage is not there in our area. to stay with the company.
the only towers out here that you have is your own and the other service provider that has gsm out here you are not partners with.
you have nice phones for the company but that about it in this area so i hope they put up a butt load of towers in this area or there wont be a whole lot of phones sold for the company. they have till 1/1/06 to change the area out here otherwise there isnt going to be a whole lot of phones sold here. good luck witht he tower situation here in the 920 area code.

I have been an ATT client s/ October 2004 and have been pleased w/ the service but have considered fully transferring the contract over to cingular and upgrade from my Motor V505 to the V551. I'm in the Twin Cities metro and would like to see how a cingular client is faring for reception in this area. I've only found difficulty in office buildings this far with ATT whereas T Mobile had no problems with that in the past (I also had a Nokia and they tend to get infinitely better in bldg reception from what I've seen from several sources). I don't want to re-up my contract only to find out that their service is sub par to what I have had in the past being that I use my cell for work. My understanding is that the ATT/Cingular tech integration...

I see on the cingular rebates that LG 1500 and 2000 are listed for $30, but those phones are not on the website. Are they out in selective markets or did someone flip the switch too early?

I currently have two accounts with T-mobile. one of them the contract is up, the other ends on the 15th oof this month. I wanted to know if I signed up for a shared plan with cingular now, and they gave me new phones and new numbers if i could port my number over to cingular later? so basically i would activate them both now with new service and new #'s, and once my contract with TMO is up... then port the # over. any ideas?
