SMT 5600 AGILE MESSENGER

😡 I HAVE THE SMT 5600 BY AUDIOVOX CAN ANYBODY TELL ME STEPS TO INSTALL AGILE MESSENGER ON THIS PHONE I DOWNLOADED IT TO THE MINI SD CARD AND WHEN I TRY TO RUN IT IT SAYS THAT "ITS NOT A VALID WINDOWS CE APPLICATION" I HAVE DOWNLOADED SEVERAL VERSIONS AND THE ONE I HAVE RIGHT NOW IS THE SMARTPHONES 2003 AM I DOING SOMETHING WRONG OR WHAT PROGRAM AM I SUPPOSED TO RUN IT WITH 🤭

The Truth about Telesales...

I am a DMDR rep, and we get a lot of misrouted calls, especially regarding upgrades, migrations, and weborders. I just want to explain to everyone what is going on there. First of all, DMDR did at one point do all of these things, but was almost completely removed as of April first of this year, and at this point we are not supposed to be involved with these transactions at all due to current policy. The major problem is that migrations are now completed by a department called CLM (formerly CRM), Customer Lifecycle Management, and most CLM centers will show their origin in systems such as COMPASS with the descriptor "TELESALES." question about a bill and due date

my newest bill arrived

i got my bill which is 48.05

the invoice of the bill is dated june 15

a few days later i recieve a "past due" notice for my bill of 48.05

the past due notice is dated June 27th

the actual bill, says payment of 48.05 is due upon recipt which means that its not due until july 15th which sounds correct

but why am i recieving a late notice dated june 27th for the same bill?

A customer just called me the high and mighty B word cause i didn't take the extra 5 seconds to tell him to sign in...CAUSE I DIDN'T SEE HIM...but i told the lady that walked in behind him!

I swear some people! Then he played Dukes of Hazzard to get out of the parking lot!

Why didnt they let us choose the BLUE PILL?

Well I have been an orange rep for about 3 months now and I shole wish that we would have had a choice in the Blue and Orange pill. Ovr hur it seems like we got a new massa'. WHERE IS THE BLUE PILL!!!!!!!!!!!!

NEW RAZR ARRIVED TODAY....

the black razr is in...pricing is the same as the original....not sure when it will be online or in stores but it is in the systems and in stock...

okay i have seen complaints on here running back and forth

from customers venting on us.. us venting on them... rep venting at other reps and vice versa

this is how i am going to handle this situation

for now on.. i will not post any threads on here that disregard customers in any way...
however everytime i get a cutomer who calls in and vents to me i will post a thread on here explaining what happened... that way we can see how many customers a day call in and verbally abuse us... i also encourage other reps to do this exact same thing

i love helping customers.. and in some cases i understand customer frustration becasue i looking at our system and seeing how things work, out customers do not see wh...

Z500a Question

Any thoughts as to why a Z500a would stop showing picture ID information. Is there a setting to turn this off or on?

What happends to the newly reduced prices for some phones such as s710a, razr an 6620?

I checked the cingular site today an a few phones went back up there old pricing such as the s710a an razr what happend to the lower prices? On another topic does anyone have a ballpark figure about how much the the w600a will cost?

cingular push to talk for 6682

cingular is releasing this phone in july, but from what we received in the store it won't be until Q4 that it will support the "talks" software when cingular plans on launching that service. my question, is if i buy the phone as soon as it comes out, what happens when they introduce push to talk in Q4, is it an easy upgrade to the phone or would doing a warranty exchange take care of that, or am i out of luck??
any help please.

customer calls in

she is no longer in contract, and went over her mins for the first time ever, and she states that she was supposed to have early evenings beginning at 7 pm. looked over account fully and this acct has never had this promo. she stated that the rep that activated her accnt lied to her then. She seems legit but there are no notes. we can't even add it on now as a retention promo. her adjusment advisor is very low. nothing i can do, right? She went into the store she activated in but they won't help her as she is divested.

haha just a memory. my friend was on the phone with a cust back about 2 months ago... we had a wait in the que and i was talking, and rambling about how "cingular owns you" i guess the customer heard that, and was baffled and said to him... "cingular owns me? I thought i was with att.."
