How do you explain this?????

Has anyone realized that if a Cust wants 1 line at the new 6,000 rate plan it's $199.99

But if that same Cust changes his mind half way thru the order & wants an additional line that same exact rate plan is $299.99 for 2 lines.

How do we explain the $100 difference?????

The Moto V180

i have a friend who has the moto v180 and they are about to warrenty the phone for the third time. the screen once again is not working properly. has anyone else had or heard of this problem?

IS IT TRUE THERE GETTING RID OF CORPORATE LOCATIONS??

So someone told me that works for cingular that they are getting rid of all the corporate locations and all the agents will be able to perform what corporate locations are able to do. Is there any truth to this. I dont think cingular would really shut down all there corporate locations.

6230i - some straight answers please

I was told this phone is available now. Can anyone concur?
I was also told the price was to drop from 139 to 99 on June 1st with the new rates coming out.
This info came from my Cingular rep in the St. Louis MO area.

I found elsewhere on this site the supposed 6230i was really a 6230 with new software.

Can someone give me some good information please on this phone?

Can I just mention how much I hate Cingular's website?

I mean, God. Can't I log in when I actually want to, just once? It's not an unreasonable request. I'm trying to pay my bill here. Let me pay you. You want my money, why won't you take it? C'mon. This is hurting you more than it's hurting me. If I can't pay my bill, hey, it's $60 more than I'd have otherwise.

C'mon.

About Spanish Customers... just why?

Well, sometimes when we're take for a call (n spanish cust care) and suddenly a cust , just after our damn and boring presentation, in spanish of course... Why the cust has to ask if we speaks spanish?.... 😕 .... Come on!! Just why?..
i mean, i do Not speaks spanish as a Master, but im not a baby speakers....

have you ever thing about customers mind? that maybe to have a cellular plan, they must go an specific university where they loose they're normal senses? or classes to be a perfect idiot to hear what CCare Reps say? 😁

Have you ever noticed that alot of the time the people who are on the floor to "help" don't?...Had a woman call in disputing her bills...she migrated to the cingular side last month. I tried to explain to her that the bill she got from out(ATT) side was the final days of service. She of course didn't belive me. She demanded a supervisoer. So i put her on hold and stood up with my hand in the aire...waiting...waiting...waiting for someone to come and ask me what was going on. As I stood there waiting I noticed a group of floor suport hanging out together and talking and laughing...I looked around and saw alot of hands in the aire. One of the floor suport looked at me..I know she saw my hand...What did she do? turned away amd kept talking to t...

ARRRGGHHH CAN'T CINGULAR GET BETTER SYSTEMS!!!? (Rant)

I'm an offline cross trained Blue/orange rep processing orders placed through sales. Well I get an order for a new activation requesting an 858 area code. No problem right? Well I have just spent the past hour trying to find a stupid 858 area code number in Telegence!! and of course Cingular decides not to support the reps who have to deal with this. I want my Siebel back... At least it didn't take an hour to do a new activation!! GRRRRRRR 👿 👿 👿 👿 👿 👿

GSM 900 / Reception

I am having some reception problems with my SMT 5600. I just learned it does not have the 900 band. My reception is occuring while being inside buildings, and my home. Is it possible the problem stems from this phone missing that band?

M2M question

I was looking at my wifes new bill in POS yesterday and I found something peculiar. When she called her best friends landline, it shows as a M2M call. Also with her mothers work landline it shows the same. What causes this? Both lines are in Decatur, TX in Wise county.

All the landlines in Wise county are supplied via Sprint. I was thinikng if SBC was their provider this was sort of make sense. Now when she calls her parents landine(same city) it does not show M2M. So the question is why are some landline considered M2M in Cingular's billing sytem? Why are some that way and not others?

They're Heeeeeere......

So,joy,of joys,our cleint is here today,and suddenly,we have massive amounts of floor support,the AVL and the SL are not displayed on the Symon board.The cafeteria is clean and everyone is wearing suits.....Kinda reminds me of when the in-lawscome to visit.....or maybe a funeral... 🤣

Data Changes

Media Basic Plan...Double usage amount to 1 MB.

Overage Charges for MMS down to .20cents

Overage for net back down to .01 cents

Unlimited Media Net price change...$19.99

$4.99 media net doubled to 1MB

$9.99 increased to 5MB

added $14.99-10MB

overage on txt/IMs down also to .05cents

thats pretty much what I can remember, if anyone wants to add, feel free. thought some of you might like to know. existing customers with data plans must change to new plans if they want the increased usage, will not be automatically changed.

The Myth and Reality of the customer first promise

Before any more customer call in and scream bloody murder over the customer first program for legacy blue customers, please read the info that we gave you first.

The reason i bring this up is for a couple of big reasons.I had 4 customers today who do not understand the concept, it was real simple.If you signed up for a contract between the period of Nov,1,2003 and june 15,2004 on a service contract of 2 years SIGNED, on any monthly service price point $39.99 and higher then that would mean you meet the elgibility requirements of the program.

With that being said, you actually needed to sign the contract and have us recieve by the last day offered, if you did not sign it,you do not qualify, if you send it in on time, you not qualify, if...

Any Info Would be Grrrrrrrrrrrrrreat!

i had a blue customer call in and said that he had heard we were changing some of our rate plans around. he was specifically asking about our Data Plans. does anyone have ANY information on the changes that are happening with those? my CSP only lists the new voice plans.
