Can you set it up to play a whole mp3 when it rings?

Does anyone know if the retail price of the samsung p207 is really 179.99? If it is, can I order it on the phone, or is it only available online? Also, Will it ever be sold in stores?

I am thinking of switching from Sprint to Cingular but I just am just wondering about other peoples opinions on who they would choose?

'm researching information for a callback I promised to a customer on the blue side who lives in Florida, wants to migrate, but he has heard the wi-fi coverage there sucks with cingular.

I've run out of options for answers except all of you, which is where I should've checked to begin with. 😛

Is there anyone out there, rep or customer,that has this information or can lead me in the right direction? If it makes any difference, this customer is looking at the Treo or Siemens 'blue angel'.

I'd really appreciate any assistance anyone can offer.

I work for an independent agent and I am doing some research for loss prevention. We recently had a few phones stolen from one of our stores. As I understand it, an IMEI cannot be tracked unless it is actually called in and put on an account. Is this right? Does the IMEI not automatically change in any systems? This is what a customer service rep told me. Also, is there anyway at all to change an IMEI number in a phone, or is it hardwired? Thanks for the help guys.

Hey everybody, I need some help/advice/suggestions. My agent is in the SE market, and we are having some real problems with deactivations/charge backs within the first 6 months. I'd like to hear what some of you are doing to retain customers. We are diligently using our CSS, we are doing customer call backs at 2 weeks after date of contract, we are sending thank you cards with coupons attached for free accessories after 3 months and 6 months of service. We are also using the MTI map tool for all customers so that we avoid the coverage issue. All this, and we're still running over 15% churn on our accounts. Our deact reports from Cingular dont tell us the disconnect reason, so we are having difficulty isolating the source of our problem...

anyone working for cingular right now? I need some help.

So this Saturday, I woke up & the worst thing ever happened. My dog had used my V220 as a chew toy. 😢 😡 👿 The phone still works, but it is extremely ugly now. I guess I will be upgrading my phone sooner than expected. I think I will get a Z500a... 😉

If a customer orders a phone online will COR stores activate them for the customer if they bring them in?

Evidently the 6230 is not available in my calling area, only the 6220.
Is it likely that the 6230 will be added later, or is this just another marketing gimmick? 😳

I now what ESN is but what is ENS. ralph on me refers to this in another thread something about the new nokia 6230 will be ENS? 😕
