Basicly had to explain why her bill is so high and also explained why the TV ads don't apply to her until she migrates to Cingular.
Details not important.
So customer now understands and wants to migrate. Past due balance on the account so cust wants to pay the bill first.
As I'm getting the credit card info I hear the girls mother in the background asking why the bill is so high, Cust tells her mom that she will tell her later and that she doesn't want to talk about it now.
*This point I keep quite and listen!*
Mother: I want to talk to him!
Daughter: No mom, He's already explained it to me! He doesn't want to explain it to anyone else!

Multimedia phones and UMTS
Does anyone have some info as to what phone models we will see from Motorola, Nokia, and LG? Another good guestion is the cost to use the new, upcoming network? It seems like the video calling feature will be among a very popular use, especially if it's offered on the unlimited data package, w/ text msg and pic/video sharing included...all at a reasonable price.

ATTENTION Orange reps!
I have received calls from "O" (Orange) reps with Blue accts that haven't even bothered to ask the customer's name. Just a suggestion, have some common sense, ask the flippin name. Put yourself in their shoes, would you want to be asked all these questions to find out that they need to be xfered? Come to the Blue side and have to repeat everything ALL over again? I know that I wouldn't!
When you call to the Blue side, ya'll need to have some respect toward us. We are NOT the enemy ya know. We are customer care reps just like yourselves. Some of ya have no manners and demand our ID's but won't give theirs...mmmm wonder why? I know why. FEEDBACK ON YOUR ASSES!
