Anyone (basically) reps have any idea when cingular will be getting PTT? And when they do get it do phones like the z500a that have the PTT feature already be able 2 use it? And will it cost extra each month? o yeah this is asking a lot but will we be able 2 talk 2 ATT cust with PTT (if they get it 2)

No one seems to be any help. I have a customer that came in today (i work for an agent) and they were apparently put on a plan with no Mobile to Mobile when we werent even offering a plan with no mobile to mobile. Ive talked to two different reps and no one seems to be any help on crediting this customer. The customer is freakin pist!

The pic size from my v551 are 35 kbs an lower while my cousins sidekick takes pic in 45 kbs an larger, is here a way to get larger kb pics from my phone or will i get that from a megapixel camera phone?

OK, I have a question. I'm a blue rep and when I go to migrate people and they ask what the difference is between a 2YR/1YR contract I tell them the price of the phone. (ie: free or 49.99) but is there any change to the plan? Do they get MTM and N&W or do they get that on 1YR plans as well???

I decided to go with you guys and had to sign a one year contract. But I got the phone I wanted (a710). Frankly, I tried Verizon but the sales guy kinda turned me off and the phone selction was lacking. I like the SIM deal. Anyway, Im locked in for a year and I hope all will be fine. Interesting reads here. I've learned alot about some of the inner workings. Like being a fly on the wall kinda sorta.

I'm trying to Windows-shop (lolz getit?) on Cingular's site, so I'm going to Shop Cingular -> Phones & PDAs, it brings up the screen asking me for my zip code and if I'm purchasing new or upgrading. I select upgrading, Cingular account, click next, and it brings me to a My Account login screen. I log in, it brings me to My Account. So, I go to Upgrade phone. But my line isn't showing up. The account owner's name is up in the corner, so I know I'm logged in, but the grid for active lines is completely blank. And if I hit Shop Cingular -> Phones & PDAs from there, it brings me back to the zip code screen.

In conclusion... RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHWHATTHEHELLISWRONGWITHTHIST HING

Ok here's the deal.

I had the 19.99 media works package on a moto phone. Then I switched to a Treo 650 so I chnaged the data package to te PDA Unlimited. Then a week later I switched the data package back to the Media Works (2-25-05). I asked the rep.... Would you mind switching my data plan back to the Media Works where I get unlimited data, 1500 text and 200 MMS. They replied no problem.

BUT....What they did put me on was a 19.99 3mb Data, unlimited mms, 100text plan. So I used my data and was charged 198 bucks extra. Now they will only credit half back becuase they claim this is neiter my fault nor there's. I was like how the hell is it not Cingular's fault. It's there rep that either gave me bad info that the old Media Works was ...

Former Blue now "CSE" getting hammered on "short call" in the PAR. Non-reps ignore this question. What is the magic number? I've gotten two verbal answers "20 seconds" and "240 seconds". If it's 20 then I should never see a short call, if it's 240 then WTF?!? How am I to drag out a "what's my balance?" call to FOUR MINUTES?!? If these is something in CSP please post the encantation to summon this information.
