She then gets furious and demands why she cant. I told her that its not HER social security # that is on the phones, therefore the husband would have to be present in the store to sign the contract. Then she swears up and down that she added the previous 2 lines onto the one she had w/out him in the store. I had to tell her im sorry m'am but i cant do it w/out him in the store. Billing Question
ODD situatiion 25 calls placed same area code and prefix last 4 all different
The customer has 25 calls showing on his bill
to Glenwood, MN. Every number has the same area code and prefix, but the last 4 is different on every number. Odd thing is the last four all start with 0 but end differently.
I called every number and they all ring busy.
The customer has a blackberry device and during the time these calls were placed 4/18 to 4/22 the customer took a trip out there. Arrived in MN 4/18 drove to Wisconsin then back to CA on 4/22. They don't show up anymore, could it be his blackberry's internet?
Anyone got any info?

Foundation account question
I'm thinking about switching to Cingular from Sprint, and my wife's employer has a foundation account. Cingular gives some great discounts/perks to government employees, however, they (I called cust. service) told me I had to activate it with them over the phone and had to pay different prices for the handsets.
For example, online you can get the new Samsung P207 for $79.99. They told me it would cost me $250.
Can I activate the phones through an indirect dealer or even through Cingular Direct, and then add the government discount? If not, the 15% discount they're offering certainly won't cover having to pay almost three times as much for the phone!
Thanks in advance.
No More V635!
You can still find it online and in some Indirect dealers, but it will not be released for any GSM carrier here in the USA.
The V235 looks like a V600, but has video capture.

question for cingular rep
R47_G_08.17.0FR_01 on it. I found a newer version
floating on the web. It is R472_G_08.18.16R_0A.
Will Cingular upgrade my phone to this?
Does this version exist on the new phones being shipped out? It is supposed to add the new vibrate and ring among other things. The lady I bought my phone from says that she will exchange mine if she gets any in. I just wanted to find out if this was being issued by Cingular....

Rate Plans
At least in my zip code this works...
go to:
www.cingular.com/indexa or www.cingular.com/indexb
here you get the (family) plans as usual. Notice on the part above that it says "Choose a plan $69.99 or higher, and add up to four additional lines for $9.99 per line, per month!"
Next try www.cingular.com/indexc
in this version, click familytalk plans on the right. It might ask you for a zip code. Next you are forwarded to a new looking page even though the front page looks exactly the same.
When you see an abbreviated list of plans, click View All or just get to the main familytalk plan page that lists all the plans. That quote liste...

Is Sprint still adding its future towers?
Now there is a new antenna being added to the tower, it is very clear to see from many miles away. Does anyone know if Sprint is still expanding its network even though there is a pending merger with Nextel?
THIS IS FREAKIN' REDICULOUS
