6230

I know that doing this is discouraged, but I have a Nokia 6230 that I don't need anymore. If any of you are interested e-mail me in my profile. It has 4 hours of talk time on it.

30 day return policy

as it stands now with the 15 day policy, I always advise my customers not to send in rebates untill after the 15 days because you have to cut the IMEI label wich damages the box. but you have 30 days to send it in. with the 30 day return policy are they going to extend the amount of time you have to send in rebates? maybe 45 days?

will cingular have 7pm night and weekends or should i stay here

I have a plan that I am very happy with on the ATT network. I have a share plan at 59.00 a month plus 9.99 each additional phone. I have three phones in all. The biggest thing I like is the 7pm night and weekend starts. I noticed that cingular starts theirs at 9pm unless you pay an extra 7 dollars. I do not need rollover because I never go over my minutes now. Now my question, Can I stay with my current plan, phones, and service. Or will I have to make they switch. I have 18 months remaining on my current contract. Thanks and let me know. If I stay with ATT will I be able to still use cingulars network when I travel?

Customer service is a joke

I’ve had Verizon for about 2 years, but decided to give Cingular a try for a comparison. I have a V710 with Verizon and my wife has an older LG, both tri-mode phones. I’ve also had a Motorola 120e and an Audiovox 8900. No complaints about any of the phones. All have good reception, clarity and features.

I like the choices of Cingular’s phones over Verizon, but soon found that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. The service in Chicago is marginal when compared with Verizon. While I often found that I had a good signal indication, even indoors, I regularly got interference, dropped calls and electronic noise interruptions. I never experience this with Verizon. I started with a Sony Ericsson T637, which got great reviews, and th...

One of those lucky 46 million customers

If the title doesn't say enough, Cingular says in one of it's newest commercials, if we are one of them customers of either company that "we don't have to do nothing at all."

It sure sounds like AT&T and Cingular have been working very well together up until the merger was approved and even now, as we wait for the new company to emerge. This means the obvious to us customers, better things are really on their way.

The speculation and rumors have been abound, and of course they will be. But all in all, Cingular has the say as to what's coming up and what will be offered in regards to everything that is under their eye. Let's just wait and see, after all they are the only one that really know.

Got my phone

YEAH!

I tried dialing a number and it says emergencies only. I take it that means my phone is not activated.

I think they messed up and thought I wanted to carry over my number. When I click on Name - Information - Own Number it shows my husbands cell phone number in spot number one.

Grrr...gonna have to wait until he gets home to call. Sprint shut me off today.

New plans

Well, we got our new brochures in the mail today and they only updated the Region plans and North America plans. Looks like the Nation plans will stay the same, minus the 1000 anytime which expires on the 14th. Futhermore, it's no rumor about the 15th being "day one". This date has been set at the 15th since around the first of this month. It's not a rumor, it's the confirmed date.

Post-Day One

If I sign up with Cingular post-day one, will I be able to access Cingular and AWS towers? The reason I ask is that I am switching from T-Mobile and wanted to know about the availability of 1900 for my unlocked T-Mobile phone.

The new Agent Webstation SUCKS

I swear to god....

Ever since this "update" to make it "Better" that program has given me nothing but problems. Session Time-outs, century-long log ins...75% chance of the login NOT being successful.....UGH!
