I have the old iphone on a reg family talk plan which has unlimited family text msg for 30

We have a toatl of 4 lines, only one is an iphone. I want to upgrade to the new iphone 3g and give my wife my old iphone. She is currently on the sync.

Should I add unlimited internet for 20 on her line, so all she would have to do is swap sim cards? Or should I just add the new iphone with internet for 30. and then try to add internet to the old iphone? would the charge for the old iphone be 20 or would it be 30 also?

One last question, If you have am reg family talk plan, and unlimited text for 30.00 will the new iphone 3g be able to use the unlimited text as my old iphone does now?

I heard that only the 16 gig iphone will be in white or black and the 8 gig will be black only, is this true? please someone who works for AT&T and who as seen one.

OK...I need to know the truth on this. If I can save $20/month for unlimited text and use one of these services for free text....I just may get this phone. I need the real details. If you use teleflip/textdrop do you get spammed? Does it count as a text or does it truly come transfer the incoming text to your email?? which one is better? Any others? Too good to be true??!! HELP LOL

Hello, I am wondering if anyone can post the settings for streaming media on the SE k850. I have setup the MMS settings and the internet settings but it has seperate streaming settings that I cannot find online or get from ATT. I have read posts of people that can stream but they don't post the settings. Any help would be HIGHLY appreciated.

As of now any text messaging packages can have the ablity to block internet. but will still not have the capability to send mms.

having trouble syncing the Q9m with a MAC.. obviously needing active sync on the computer but what is the best program..

customer already has the free trail for missing sync..

is there something that i dont know about? all the connections and everything is accurate we even swapped out the phone.. help 🙂

With all this hype about a 3g iphone( it wont matter cause we still dont have 3g in the hudson valley of NY..now there saying Jan.) is the signal any stronger or better than all the other at&t phones? I cant even take my at&t phone inside the movie theatre cause i get no signal but my "emergency" Verizon phone gets 2 signal bars. WTF!

If I buy the iphone 3G, I understand that I am committing to 2 years of service. Can I drop my data plan before the end of the two years and keep the AT&T voice service? Would that consider early termination?

With my last phone I had no problem(samsung a717). I recently bought the samsung blackjack 2 and it gives a 3 day trial period which I used with no problem, but once it was over it asks to download the program, it downloads, but when I launch it, it doesn't properly launch.

I call 611 and talk to the rep, and he says that there isn't a download available for it...

WHAT GIVES!

I called at&t and was told that if I want the new iphone I have to pay $399 since I'm in contract and have iphone 1

I haven't heard anyone say that the quoted prices are with a new contract or that the price is only for new customers

Any Body know what's the deal?

I cannot figure out the iphone pricing plan. I think I can get 900 roll over mins for 59.95 and unlimited data at 30.00 plus if I want to send texts to people on another network 200 text messages including pics for 5.00

Do I have this right? Any plan suggestions?

Hey everyone I will be leaving T-Mobile for ATT most likely...yes for the iPhone.

If I want to get a family plan and have one of the lines be a Blackberry...is there anyway I can avoid adding the 30 dollar blackberry plan and getting a different plan STRICTLY for e-mail only? No data only e-mail (and of course voice too)

Also, I have been grandfathered in on a T-Mobile family messaging plan for 9.99 for all lines. If I want to activate 3 lines to ATT do you think they would honor this?

Can you tell me, if a phone says it supports POP 3 email, does that mean it can get push email?

It's getting harder by the day to activate new service... If I get another potential customer say something about how much cheaper Tmobile, Sprint is I swear I'll scream...

I am now with Verizon. I want to get the new iPhone. I want to sign up on July 11th.

As i understand it.......... I will have a 30 day trial period. If i do not like the phone and/or service for some unknown reason and wish to take it back i will have a 10% restocking fee.

Now the questions.........will the restocking fee be "just" on the phone and amount to $19.99 or will it be on the total purchase price (activation and all). And, if i do take it back, will this also cancel my 2 year contract, in other words, I will not have to keep the account and 2 year contract and get another phone?

iPhone & iPhone 3G. That is the rumor floating through the hallowed halls. Apparently Apple will be launching the July update for both phones and it will include the A2DP update for bluetooth. Finally!!! 😁 Any thoughts on this?
