Teesh
Potentially dumb question
what I think WOULD BE MINT is......
who is with me?
When are the IDEN-CDMA hybrid phones coming?
But then i heard that Motorola was going to make some hybrid iDEN-CDMA phones that would allow you to use the coverage from both networks. That true? And if so, when do those phones show up?
nextel.com not working?
And I was only joking back then....
Just demoed the new Cingular PTT and...
7 seconds maximum to connect? 🙄 Try 8-10 seconds each time. I had the two LG sliders next to me and tried to do it several times. Never did it get it in 7 seconds or less with average signal. I will admit, though, that once connected it works pretty fast. But then again, if you anything about the Kodiak system it's supposed to.
What Kodiak does is use a voice channel. Cingular's PTT is basically making a phone call, but limiting who can talk when by the push of the button. Essentially Cingular is still playing catchup with Nextel, ReadyLink, and Verizon's PTT. And since it's a voice channel, forget any data based enhancements to the system later on like QChat will do.
Basically, just move on. 😉
Sprint.....together with nextel
Is it me?
Both above plans offer unl DC, now why would I want to go with (2) 600 Team Share at $49.99 each with only combined DC of 500 min?
