Please stop posting Motorola/ VZW emails
It is painfully obvious that no "real" information is in these canned responses. For god's sake - Motorola has given out 20 different dates themselves, yet everyone still thinks that their email response holds the real release date. Wake up, people!! 😳

It is true that some units are still out there from friendly user testing, but the testing process has been completed. Therefore, you may indeed have one of the test units. However, each of the test units shipped with a specific message inside the user manual. Post that message and I will verify to everyone who doubted you that you have a unit.

so to sum up: 9900 is going to b released on June something, and b only video mssg phone for a week. Then the 7000, say fathers day, so we'll have 2 video mssg phones for another week, and then on July4th weekend (maybe tuesday june 29 or tuesday july 6th) we get the 710 which is now done w testing and we'll have 3 of these to choose from? then we start a slew of new posts waiting for the 8000 n that sick nokia etc huh? Just kidding. So ecko, does that sum it up? Thanks

I actually believe CLUE because I heard that it IS still in testing but
Ecko04 shut me down yesterday saying its done testing, but all my VZW guys say its still in testing.

Who's VZW's Advertising Company?
Maybe an alternate path to pursue is the company that will or has prepared the advertising blitz for the V710.
Does anyone know who that might be? And, does anyone have connections to them?
They must have some deadlines and printed media with dates on it- right?

Now i'm going to paste the entire email that I received from Motorola, you can take it for what it's worth, call me whatever you like and if you would like to see it yourself on Motorola's webpage then ask me for my password and i'll let you view it. You can say you're a fool if anyone believes it but it's coming straight from Motorola so we all know how that can be.

Look @ verizons prices
If you look @ verizon wireless' prices, all of their cell phones are on sale. Maybe it's just me, but i think it's because they are trying to clean out all the old cells and they are going to realease the new ones very soon. I think because of this we'll be seeing the V710 being released with in the next week. 😁

Where to get phone?
My years up for tmobile I just started to look for a new phone. I found the v710 and im in love. Im wondering when it is released, where can I get it at the fastest? Would it have to be a Verison dealer, online, or will any cell phone place have it? Isnt going throuh the Verison dealer itself more xpensive? I found that going to a place that sells manny cellphone services to be cheaeper. Is verison a good service? Ive found tmobile to be awesome. Verison seems to be more expensive.

this phone is great, do you think it will be a PoS in 1 year???
with the technology always advancing in todays world...how do u see cell phones 1 year from now???
imo, i think you will be able to watch streaming news from live tv on your cell phone in the near future...then eventually quality will improve (obviously) and you will probably be able to watch most non-cable tv stations on your cell phone...who knows right???
how do you see cell phones in the future (1-2 years from now)??? besides the obvious better cameras, better screens etc., what else do you think they will have???
