LG V VX-9800

i am looking for a STEREO blue tooth headset that i can use to listen to my mp3 player on the lg vx9800.

verizonuser has given me some suggestions but i amnot sure they will work with the lg vx9800.

or do ALL bluetooth headset accessories work with the lg vx980)??

I am not sure the HT820 by motorola will work correctly with the lg vx9800.

I want to be able to just wear the stereo bluetooth headphones, sync it with my phone, turn of my mp3 player and play music and be able to hear it from my headset and not from my phone speakers...

is there ANYTHING like that? please someone help! or do bluetooth stereo headsets only for making and receiving calls?

hey i was wondering if the keypad on the phone lights up in the dark? becasue if it doesn;t than this phone is crap!

i know that while your on mobile web it does take up your mintues if you dont have v cast but my question is lets say i'm in canada and i'm in roaming and i use mobile web does that mean i'll be getting charged for roaming minutes while i'm on mobile web

is there a way to add words to to the t9 on this phone? i've tried and i'm either it doesn't work or i'm doing it incorrectly. any help would be much appreciated.

I was hoping that with an incoming call that I would hear the name or number anounced through the bluetooth headset. Seems like a logical function, but I sure can't figure out how to make it work. Any ideas? Thanks.

i got this phone on thursday and the s/w version is t98vz01. today i asked the tech support it they had version 02. they said the highest version out now is 4 and i have it on my phone. are these guys idiots or am i wrong??

On my 7000 I was able to customize the front directional short cuts .. I was wondering if that possible on the 9800

I read thru the manual but didnt find anything .. perhaps I missed it

I noticed after I am done using the phone after a few seconds the phones keys are locked which is a cool thing. The problem is that they don't lock fast enough and every time I place the phone in the case it ends up dialing 0 as in the Operator! Is there a way to adjust the keyguard timer if there is even such a thing to lock the keys as soon as I am done using the flip or the phone in general for that matter. If not then I guess I will have to just remember to hold down the #button till they lock.

Is it possible to buy this at best buy in person not online? Because i looked on bestbuy.com and i saw u can buy it there with a 200 dollar rebate for like 150 dollars. What do u have to do in order to recieve the 200 dollar rebate? Thanks in advance.

Does anyone know how I can get the current offers for new customers for a current verizon user? My 2 years will be up in April, and my wife and I want new phones. The V seems like a phone we are both interested in. Ideally, I would like to be able to keep our mobile numbers if we switch phones.

Are you able to text while the phone is closed and do most things? and how do u think the keypad is? whats your opinion? Is it worth retail price?

Curious to know, this is what is basically going to be the deal breaker for me..although a small thing here...i like it... If you get sent a multimedia message and have a sound attached to it, can u set it as a ringtone? LIke i use mobile17.com where u send them the file u wanna use and u can start the file at the certain time specified and you can choose how long u want it on for between 5 and 40 seconds, and they will send u the file in proper .mid form. Can this be done with the "V"? Thanks in advance

i'm going to be purchasing this phone this week and i was just wondering is it very complicated and difficult to put mp3 onto the phone

When I go to my sounds and hit record new to try to do a voice recording, it tells me the phone memory is full. I checked the status of phone memory and it's not full, lots of free space and I also tried deleting some sounds.

Is there a way that I can get my comcast email on the phone? Actually I can get it by going on mobile web to comcast.net but their page is so big that it takes forever to scroll down and send a reply etc. Just wondering if there was a way I could access my email on comcast without having to go online to their website. Is this what Wireless Sync Email is?
